Depending on the size of your party and the menu, our chef might build entrees that defy gravity with their high-flying presentation or plate a gourmet meal right at your table. You might dine on Smoked Quail Salad, Hot and Crunchy Venison, or Applewood Smoked and Chili-Rubbed Duck Breast. Minimalists and other beef lovers can enjoy steaks and burgers of the highest quality. And, the ranch setting is beautiful, green, quiet and expansive.
Meals for large groups can be served in our main lodge or the camp house. Smaller groups might want meals in their suites, on a porch, or at water's edge in the picnic pavilion. Join friends at the main lodge or eat in privacy in the Couples Hideaway cabin overlooking your own private lake. We cater to your every culinary desire.
Most of the food we serve is harvested from the ranch. Venison, duck, pork, quail, beef, and vegetables are local, organic, fresh, and top quality. We planted fruit trees and berry bushes that will produce even more local variety.
Special requests are our specialty. We adapt our style and service to the size of your group, where you want to dine, your food preferences, allergies, timing, ambiance, etc. We accept all challenges and relish the opportunity to exceed your expectations.
