Angling at
Hearts Bluff Ranch is a fisherman's dream. We have numerous
opportunities for fisherman, from experienced anglers to young
children. There are 6 lakes larger than 5 acres on the property,
a 3 mile long oxbow lake, as well as 7.5 miles of the Sulphur
river. Our main attraction is a gorgeous 21 acre lake that
produces bass over 8 pounds. Many of our other lakes are
overstocked with 12"-14" bass. These lakes provide kids with
lots of action that will keep them interested and having fun.
Our lakes are
currently under intensive management in order to provide high
quality fishing fun for the trophy angler and novice alike. Our
fishery management plan will greatly improve angling in the very
near future. All six of our lakes are electro-shocked on an
annual basis in order to find their population structure and
determine future improvements that need to be made. The 21 acre
lake produces numerous fish in the 4-5 pound range and is catch
and release only. 10 pound bass are highly feasible.

provide boats equipped with trolling motors and fresh batteries
